FNQ Connect

Imagine waking up every day feeling included, connected, supported and safe?

To live in a world where you could choose your own life, follow your own hopes and dreams, and be the best version of yourself that you can be – regardless of your individual circumstances, your physical or mental abilities, or your cultural background.

Now, imagine having all that, plus access to culturally safe services, close to home, no matter what your postcode?

At FNQ Connect we believe everyone should have that opportunity.

Because Far North Queenslanders deserve access to connected care, the right services at the right time, and an inclusive and supportive network of providers.

We know our plan is ambitious, and change won’t happen overnight. It’s a huge goal and we can’t do it alone.

Importantly, we need YOU, the community to be our voice.

People with lived experience of disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and Service Providers – please tell us more.

More about your personal experiences, your challenges, and your aspirations for the future.

As a community-led initiative and a growing Collective movement, we will hold each other accountable.

You’ll be able to advise us on how we’re doing, let us know what is working, and tell us when something needs more of our attention.

    Be the change.

    Build the future.

    Join us.
