The 2016 Early Years Conference – Today’s Children Tomorrow’s Future – Strengthening collaboration and practice across the early years is a collaboration between Mission Australia, the Benevolent Society, QLD Department of Education and Training – Early Childhood Education and Care, the Department of Communities Child Safety and QLD Health, The Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth (ARACY) and The Cairns Institute, James Cook University.
This holistic and cross sectional collaboration will create a unique opportunity to have a strong state and regional focus on the importance of birth to 12 in regards to evidence based planning with a community collective impact.

Dr Lane Strathern, Developmental Pediatrician and Neuroscientist from the University of Iowa, USA
Special Guest: Jay Laga'aia will MC and perform at the conference dinner. Jay Laga'aia is a much-loved actor and children's entertainer.
